These are Phenolic Resin impregnated Paper Base Sheets manufactured specially as per SpecIS2036 for Electrical Insulation. These sheets have volume resistivity of 10⁸-10¹⁰Ωcm, with stable antistatic property.  The anti-static value remains unchanged even after machining process. They have operating temperature is -20℃-100℃   These sheets have excellent processing performance. This is an asbestos free material and can be easily sawn, drilled. These sheets have got good electrical properties and can used in Switch board panel,PCB, domestic meter boards bus bar support and are shields.

F3 uses a coarse weave cotton fabric reinforcement of 16 threads/cm (40 threadslin). It has good impact resistance and can be punched at room temperatures up to 1.6mm thick.
